Quality assurance and quality control is an integral
part of all our services. We ensure
that all applicable rules and regulations, including the ones derived from the Good Clinical Practice
and Pharmacovigilance guidelines,
are embedded in the services we provide.
We are always
on top of changes in rules and regulations, supported by our
local presence and awareness in 24 countries throughout Europe. Changes are directly implemented through training and
updating of our Standard Operating
Procedures.
A comprehensive
quality system is maintained
and continuously improved
to ensure a high level of quality
and efficacy of our work and to minimize the risk of any non-compliance.
Our quality assurance department performs regular and at risk audits on our investigational
sites, pharmacovigilance system, monitoring
activities, critical study documents, computer systems, and training materials.
